The Humanoid Application Center (HAC) values your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process via humanoidcenter.nl, why, and which rights you have.
Which data we process
We process the data you actively submit through a form on the site: name, email address, company (optional), role (optional), message (optional), the programme or sector you're interested in and, if you fill it in, how you found us. We also keep which ad or link brought you here (the campaign labels in the link). Requests for a tour, training or partnership go into our customer system HubSpot. In addition, our hosting provider records IP address and timestamp in standard server logs; we do not use these for analysis. If you give consent in the cookie banner, HubSpot, Google and LinkedIn also collect data about your visit (see Cookies).
Why we process it
We use your data to answer your question, confirm a call or enrolment, or send information you requested. We don't share anything with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact moment, or until you ask us to delete them (whichever is earlier). After that they are permanently erased.
Cookies
On your first visit a cookie banner asks for your consent. Plausible, our visitor statistics, always runs: it uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and collects no personal data. If you click Decline (Weigeren), the banner only places cookies that remember your choice (from HubSpot, up to 6 months). If you click Accept (Accepteren), these cookies are added: from HubSpot to follow your visit, so we can see which pages you viewed when you send a request (including __hstc and hubspotutk, up to 6 months), from Google Ads to measure which ad leads to a visit or request (including _gcl_au, 90 days), and from LinkedIn through the LinkedIn Insight Tag (including bcookie and lidc, up to 1 year). You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings button below. If you choose Decline there, Google and LinkedIn stop measuring straight away and do not load on later visits either. Cookies that were already placed can be removed in your browser settings.
Ad measurement, only with consent
We use no Google Analytics and no Facebook Pixel. With your consent we use two tags from ad platforms. The Google Ads tag measures which Google ad leads to a visit or request, and can show visitors one of our ads later. The LinkedIn Insight Tag measures which LinkedIn ad works, shows us in totals which job functions and industries visitors come from, and makes it possible to show visitors of this site an ad on LinkedIn later. We only see totals, no names or profiles of individual visitors. Google and LinkedIn can link your visit to your own account if you are logged in there. Without consent we do not load these tags, and Google and LinkedIn receive nothing from us through them. When we serve external links (e.g. to our LinkedIn page) those follow standard browser referrer behaviour.
Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email us at bart@humanoidcenter.nl and we'll handle it within one business week.
Processors we work with
On the technical side we use the following processors: Resend (email sending, in the EU), Vercel (hosting, EU and US), Plausible (statistics without cookies, in the EU) and HubSpot (customer system and cookie banner, data in the EU). Only if you give consent: Google (Google Ads) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag). Google and LinkedIn also process data in the US, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Each of them has its own privacy statement.
Complaints
Got a complaint about how we handle your data? Let us know first, we'll fix it right away. If that doesn't resolve it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Adoption Playbook download
When you download the HAC Adoption Playbook we ask for your name, company and work e-mail. We store these in our HubSpot CRM for follow-up and e-mail communication. Retention: 2 years after the last interaction. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our e-mails or by mailing bart@humanoidcenter.nl.
Company-IP tracking
We log business IP addresses of visitors to inform our sales funnel. This happens at organisation level, not individual level. We do not link personal profiles to IP addresses. Residential IPs (home connections) are filtered out. Retention: 13 months. Objections to this processing can be sent to bart@humanoidcenter.nl.
