The Humanoid Application Center (HAC) values your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process via humanoidcenter.nl, why, and which rights you have.
Which data we process
We only process data you actively submit through a form on the site: name, email address, company (optional), role (optional), message (optional), and the programme or sector you're interested in. In addition, our hosting provider records IP address and timestamp in standard server logs; we do not use these for analysis.
Why we process it
We use your data to answer your question, confirm a call or enrolment, or send information you requested. We don't share anything with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact moment, or until you ask us to delete them (whichever is earlier). After that they are permanently erased.
Cookies
This site places no cookies of its own for functionality. Our analytics run through Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool that collects no personal data and stores nothing in your browser. When you arrive via a Google ad, Google places one technical cookie (_gcl_au) so Google can tell us which ad is effective. This cookie expires after 90 days, contains no personal data, and is not shared with third parties for other purposes.
Limited third-party tracking
We use no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag and no similar profile-based tracking. We do use the Google Ads gtag to measure which ads lead to a visit (see cookies section). This measurement is anonymised at campaign level; we do not build personal profiles via this tag. When we serve external links (e.g. to our LinkedIn page) those follow standard browser referrer behaviour.
Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email us at bart@humanoidcenter.nl and we'll handle it within one business week.
Processors we work with
On the technical side we use the following processors: Resend (email sending, EU region), Vercel (hosting, EU/US edges), Plausible (cookieless analytics, EU-hosted), Google LLC (Google Ads for ad effectiveness, data processing in EU/US under the Adequacy Decision). All four have their own privacy statements and are GDPR-compliant.
Complaints
Got a complaint about how we handle your data? Let us know first, we'll fix it right away. If that doesn't resolve it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Adoption Playbook download
When you download the HAC Adoption Playbook we ask for your name, company and work e-mail. We store these in our HubSpot CRM for follow-up and e-mail communication. Retention: 2 years after the last interaction. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our e-mails or by mailing bart@humanoidcenter.nl.
Company-IP tracking
We log business IP addresses of visitors to inform our sales funnel. This happens at organisation level, not individual level. We do not link personal profiles to IP addresses. Residential IPs (home connections) are filtered out. Retention: 13 months. Objections to this processing can be sent to bart@humanoidcenter.nl.
