What you do
What happens in two days?
Day 1 you go hands-on with the robots: what can Physical AI do today, what can't it, which trends will shape the next year, and how does that land in your sector. On the shop floor, not in slides. Day 2 you make it concrete for your organisation: identify three to five use cases, dig into process impact and adoption, stretch the limits of the system into what's feasible, and build an implementation roadmap for the first 100 days.
